tmax-msk-t-10, hassas kesim için bilyalı rulmanlı kaliteli kayar raylı bir kompakt disk kesicidir. geçiş odası çapı 230 mm'den büyük olan bir torpido gözüne kolayca yerleştirilebilir. bu alet manuel olarak çalıştırılır ve ince bir metal levha/folyodan (< 0.5 mm) veya ayırıcı filmden (<30um). yuvarlak diskleri kesmek için tasarlanmıştır, elde edilen diskler, bölünmüş test hücresi ve madeni paranın elektrot/ayırıcı diskleri olarak kullanılabilir pil araştırmacıları için hücre ve TEM numune hazırlamanın yanı sıra. sizin için kaliteli madeni para hücreli disk delme sağlamaya adadık.

Uygulama Notları

1. yapacaksanız cr2016, CR2025 veya/ve cr2032 düğme piller, için en az üç kesme kalıbına ihtiyacınız olacak:

16mm(Çapı 16.5mm olan negatif yan kasa, için).
19mm(çapı 20mm olan pozitif yan kasa, için).
20 mm(hem negatif hem de pozitif durumda elektrotları tamamen ayırmak için ayırıcı için).
2. cr2450 için madeni para hücreleri, elektrot disklerini kesmek için 20 mm'lik bir kesme kalıbı kullanılabilir ve elektrot disklerini veya ayırıcı diskleri kesmek için 24 mm'lik kesme kalıbı kullanılabilir (24 mm kesme kalıbı isteğe bağlı kalıp olarak satın alınabilir).
3. ayırıcı diskler, madeni para hücrelerinin içinde kısa devreyi önlemek için pozitif ve negatif elektrotları tamamen ayıracak kadar büyük olmalıdır.
4. uyarı: kalıbı takmaya veya kalıbı bir boyuttan diğerine değiştirmeye çok dikkat etmelisiniz. hassas kalıbın toleransı çok azdır. herhangi bir sorunuz varsa lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.
